All items are handmade or custom-made. Variations in color, design, or finish are normal and part of the unique charm of each piece.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping days are every Friday, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For damaged items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

At All Things Glitter and Co, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are handmade and often customized, please read our policy carefully:

3. Shipping

We ship via AusPost with tracking included.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Custom or personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective on our end, we are not responsible for any items that have been damaged during shipping. If it is defective and found we are at fault, we will require photos and items need to be returned before a refund is processed

Non-custom items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us at allthingsglitterandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Live Stream Policy

We love creating a fun, friendly and positive space during our live streams. Please remember to be respectful at all times.

Any rude, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service, issue a refund, and block individuals from future orders or participation in our lives if this policy is breached.
